Project Management Principles
Liemur’s PM course presents the essentials skills, techniques and principles required to plan and manage projects effectively.
The course discusses the role of the project manager, the different activities and responsibilities that must be performed and general good project management practice.
A project manager’s main objective is the management and successful completion of the project. The course discusses the project’s lifecycle, how it is scoped, estimated, broken down and organised into packages of work. The course then proceeds to identify those activities undertaken to monitor and track the project’s progress, dealing with change management, managing risk and how to facilitate successful project closure.
The course requires delegates to perform individual and group exercises in order to practice some of the most important techniques. Delegates can complete the course feeling confident of being able to apply the essential project management techniques when planning and managing their own projects.
