We can help you to access your project in its current status and work fast to assist you in resolving any issues and/or progress hurdles. Typical areas are focussed on staff, specifications, additional requirements, tools, processes and skill shortages.
Snapshot Training
We can pick and mix our course content to set up single day, intensive sessions that are 100% project focussed and relevant solely to the task in hand. These sessions can cover both process and/or technology subjects as required.
Mentoring
We can provide mentors to provide immediate on-hand, and on-site, advice and guidance. Where necessary, we can also assist in sourcing contractors to fill manpower, knowledge or skills gaps.
Documentation
We always document everything we do, as we are doing it. This ensures you and your project team are clear on the process and procedure adjustments being used to keep the project on track. Additionally, we can work with individual team members to ensure that proper routine and coding descriptions are taking place.
