Step 3 - Mentoring
We continue to help deal with project hurdles (as they arise) and reinforce the PCO model in practise throughout a project to ensure that the knowledge transferred sticks and improves your process.

Step 4 - Documentation
In parallel with PCO delivery we document your optimum cycle for immediate use and also as a stucture for all future work and projects.
